Reservation Policy

To secure your booking at Hotel Natraj Inn, a valid credit card or advance payment is required. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details once your reservation is successfully completed. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

• Valid ID proof is mandatory at check-in
• Early check-in is subject to availability
• Group bookings require special approval

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM sharp. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Late check-out: ₹500 per hour (subject to availability)
• Early check-in: ₹500 per hour (subject to availability)
• Luggage storage is available free of charge

Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise arranged. We accept the following payment methods:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business:

• Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
• 50% Charge: Between 24-48 hours before check-in
• Full Charge: Less than 24 hours before check-in
• No-Show: Full stay will be charged

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel rules during their stay:

• Keep your valuables safe in the in-room locker
• Maintain silence in common areas after 10 PM
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms; it is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms
• Pets are not allowed on the premises
• Respect hotel property and other guests

Damages & Liability

Any damage caused to the hotel property by the guest will be charged accordingly. The cost of repairs or replacement will be billed to the guest at the time of check-out.

• Damaged furniture: Replacement cost
• Missing items: Full replacement cost
• Excessive cleaning: ₹1000 cleaning fee
